Chanhassen Home Remodel: Part 2 of 2 – Bathroom & Staircase Remodel

Last week we shared the results of the kitchen remodel in this Chanhassen home.  This week we’re going to share the stunning bathroom remodel and staircase update.
This 1990s Chanhassen home had standard builder grade materials throughout, and the homeowners wanted a bathroom that was updated and all their own.  The original bathroom had a built-in bathtub, small shower, poor lighting, and low quality tile.
The homeowner’s goals included custom tile and a free-standing bathtub where they could enjoy some peace and quiet.  They worked with the designer to select all of their materials, which resulted in a fabulous Maxx brand Jazz Bubble Bath amongst other beautiful fixtures.
Upgrading the staircase was an additional part of the remodeling project.  The newly finished staircase now features a beautiful cherry wood handrail.
Every project we complete is a joy and a challenge – coordinating the bathroom remodel at the same time as the kitchen remodel and other remodeling aspects took excellent organization and planning, traits we thrive on here at Excel Builders
Enjoy the photos of the bathroom remodel and updated staircase below.  The results are beautiful, streamlined, and serene!
