Our standard packages offer established costs and selections for a specific remodeling endeavor. To accomplish this, we build efficiencies into our process from beginning to end. We keep prices low by limiting options, making decision making easy! Our method is simple as well. Just pick your package, make choices where options apply, send your selections back our way and we will contact you to begin your project construction!
Ready to get started? Our first package is available now – the standard deck package. This package includes a 280 square foot cedar deck (20′ x 14′). Top off your deck with metal balusters and a two-by-six railing cap. Need a bit more? Standard packages can be upgraded for an additoinal fee. For example, additional sqaure footage of deck space, additional footings, additional treads, upgraded lumber, or greater color variety, can all be added to your basic package.
As an added incentive to get your deck in before the ground freezes, we are offering an awesome special! Get an additional $1,000 off our standard deck package for any decks purchased and completed by November 15th, 2012. Simply purchase your package and sign your contract by October 31, 2012 to qualify.
