Project Goals for This Edina Bathroom Refresh
The bathroom of this 1950s rambler was original to the home. As a growing family, the homeowners decided it was time to give it a much-needed update. Hoping to have the remodel completed before the birth of their first child, they reached out to the Excel Builders team.
This was the family’s first remodel, but you’d never know it by how they handled the process! The homeowners leaned into every phase, trusting our team to deliver the best design for their space. We worked closely with them to identify their goals, which included improving both the look and feel with a practical, yet beautiful design.
Beauty Meets Function
After receiving approval for the design plan, our team got started with the demolition, tearing out everything except the framing. We knew the plumbing hadn’t been touched since the home was built, so it was no surprise that it needed some major updating. Although a time-consuming part of the process, the end result was totally worth it.
The completed bathroom remodel turned out even better than we envisioned! With a brand-new vanity complete with a hidden laundry shoot, updated flooring, and more, the growing family is sure to love this kid-friendly bathroom for years to come.
