The 6 Most Recent Cambria Countertop Designs!

Here at Excel Builders we especially enjoy remodeling kitchens.  Undoubtedly one of the stars of any kitchen is the countertop, particularly when the color and surface are stunning.  For this reason, we often recommend Cambria as a countertop favorite.  Cambria is a stain resistant, nonporous natural quartz surface that is extremely hard, strong, food-safe and easy to care for.  American-made and headquartered in Le Sueur, Minnesota, Cambria is well known worldwide for making an exceptional product.
Cambria’s 102 color options (quite the palette!) make finding the right color for your kitchen remodel more fun than ever.  Today we want to introduce you to the most recent six colors, introduced in 2012.  Cambria carries on their tradition in naming each new color after a location in Wales or England, making the descriptions almost as much fun as seeing them in your own home!
Berkeley takes its name from a southern English town that lies on the Little Avon River. This design features hints of copper and a smattering of bronze that swim amongst a sea of sandy tones.
Rosslyn’s striking metallic golds shimmer against a nuanced background of taupe and tans.  This addition was inspired by a medieval landmark – the Rosslyn Chapel.
Hollinsbrook embodies a powerful union of black, chestnut, gray and white, bringing to life the rhythmic and rocky tumble of this northwest England waterway.
Bradshaw’s whirling fusion of taupe, tan, black and shimmering copper are reminiscent of the stained glass found in a once-famous 16th century church this northwest England region was known for.
Laneshaw, like its namesake village in northwest England, embraces a sea of brown tones, tan and black with subtle hints of white and a veil of gold shimmer.
Armitage appears dark and deep with blends of black and gray, providing a neutral canvas for random hints of copper and orange, a reminder of the canal bordering its namesakes village.
